Refund & Return Policy

At Dandy’s Pawsome, we take pride in providing high-quality pet products — from clothing and toys to grooming and dental care items.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for pet dental products, grooming items, or any opened/used products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


When We Can Offer a Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The product is faulty or not functioning as described
• You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@dandyspawsome.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Pet Clothing
• Pet dental care items (including toothbrushes and replacement heads)
• Grooming products (including brushes, combs, and clippers)
• Pet toys that have been used or are not in their original packaging
• Sale items or gift cards

This is to ensure the health and safety of all pets.


Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is verified.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for most items. However, this does not apply to personal-use pet care items (such as grooming or dental products) that have been opened due to hygiene regulations.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the payment.
